Different Kinds Of Anxiety Disorders
There are actually a range of problems that are called anxiety disorders. There is panic disorder this is probably what I was suffering from.
Social anxiety disorder which is where you suffer from anxiety specifically when you are in a social situation of some kind. This could include going to a party, going to a class or even just going to work if there are a number of people there.
Phobias are the fear of either a certain situation or a certain thing. Some of the more well known phobias are aerophobia – the fear of flying, arachnaphobia – the fear of spiders, or Nyctophobia – fear of the dark. Many phobias defy logic, you know the fear makes no sense but you still cannot stop it from happening. My friend Evie has a phobia about lizards, she knows they cannot hurt her but it does not stop her from being scared of them!
Post Traumatic Stress Disorder is anxiety that relates specifically to an event in your life. This could be a war, rape, physical or sexual abuse, kidnap or a car accident. PTSD can lead to physical symptoms such as sweating and rapid heartbeat, nightmares, and the feeling of the event being re-enacted.
Anxiety disorders of any kind can be very distressing and can lead to your life being shut down completely. They can stop you from flying, driving, socializing, working or even going out of your house.
You can overcome these panic and anxiety disorders, I did, and in the end it was far easier than I could have believed was possible. I am only disappointed that it took me so long to find a solution. Click here to see how I finally beat my anxiety problems.

Hi all, i really know how its to suffer from a problem like this. I have been struggling from this like a few months with the usual ups and downs so i really know its not fun when you have a illness like this.
